I know a lot of people think the comic is ’strange’ or quirky, and it probably appears to be a convoluted mess (no argument there). All of which are true, mostly due to our sense of humor. I think when you break down our brand of comedy you’ll find it’s like Monty Python’s Flying Circus meets Mel Brooks- Backspace is really just a nonsense comic that really pushes absurdity.
Which brings us to this weeks comic- Wooden Spaceships.
This one was born out of a conversation Kyle and myself had about ‘Medieval Aliens’. Our interpretation above was spot on with the conversation we had and it was pretty funny. We opened it up for discussion on Yahoo Answers as well and the responses varied… but we liked ‘they’d build ships out of wood and stone of course’
